Frequently asked questions

The things people usually ask before booking, answered directly. Still have a question? Message us on Messenger or WhatsApp, or call 0916 466 6209.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Past 10 days out, you're always clear to book, no availability check needed. Within 10 days of your event, it's still our normal working window, but Jairuz needs to confirm he's free that specific day before it's locked in. Under 3 days out is a rush request, see the next question. Production itself usually takes about a day, but we need the lead time to plan materials and fit your order into our schedule.

Can I get a rush order?

Maybe. Under 3 days out is a rush request, and how likely we can take it depends on your design, simpler requests have a better chance than something more elaborate. Message or call us directly at 0916 466 6209 and Jairuz will let you know what's possible. Rush orders may carry an additional charge and aren't guaranteed.

How much does a custom cake cost?

It depends on the size, number of tiers, and detail work. As a general guide, simple one-tier whipped cream cakes start around ₱2,500. Multi-tier, wedding, and debut cakes typically range from about ₱4,000 up to ₱15,000 or more, depending on tiers, sugar flower work, and finishes like gold leaf. Start your order online or message us directly for an exact quote.

What's the reservation deposit?

₱350, paid to secure your date. It's credited toward your final balance and is non-refundable by default. See "What if I need to cancel my order?" below for when it can be refunded.

What flavours are available?

Two options, depending on the cake type. Whipped cream cakes are chocolate moist with a cookies and cream filling. Fondant cakes are chocolate moist with a chocolate ganache filling.

Do you deliver, and how much does it cost?

Yes. Isulan is free. Tacurong is ₱100. Esperanza is ₱200. Lambayong is ₱300. Marbel (Koronadal) is ₱800. General Santos is ₱1,800. For other locations, message us directly and we'll let you know if it's possible.

What if I'm not happy with how my cake looks?

We can make reasonable touch-ups on the spot, things like a colour adjustment, repositioning a decoration, or a piping fix. A full redesign that requires rebaking is treated as a new order. Sharing your vision clearly and early, through the order form's photo upload, is the best way to avoid surprises on pickup day.

What if I need to cancel my order?

You can cancel anytime. Your ₱350 deposit is refundable only if both are true: Jairuz has already confirmed receiving it, and you let us know at least 3 days before your event date. If the deposit hasn't been confirmed yet, or you cancel closer than 3 days to your event, it's non-refundable. If you've already paid your full balance and need to cancel very close to pickup or delivery, once your cake is made or nearly finished, please contact us directly so we can talk through your specific situation, since the ingredients and time have already been spent on a cake made for you.

Do you make display (dummy) tiers?

Yes, styrofoam dummy tiers are available on request for multi-tier cakes, a common way to make a cake look larger without the cost of baking every tier.

How do I pay my remaining balance?

Once your order is confirmed, we'll send you a link where you can tell us how you paid, GCash, PayMaya, an online transfer or remittance service, or cash on pickup or delivery. Jairuz confirms every payment by hand against his own account before it's marked as settled.

Do you have any allergen information?

Our cakes are made in a home kitchen that also prepares food containing wheat, eggs, dairy, and nuts. We take care in preparation, but we can't guarantee any cake is completely free of trace allergens. If you or a guest has a food allergy, please tell us when you place your order.
